At 01: Fragrance, we carefully package every order to ensure your fragrances arrive safely.

Packaging: Every fragrance is securely packaged to help prevent leaks or damage during transit. Decants are carefully prepared and inspected before shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
